We ship with USPS within the United States and DHL everywhere else.
We choose USPS because we believe public infrastructure matters and we’re happy to support the postal service. For international orders, we’ve found DHL to be the most reliable partner when navigating customs and tariffs, helping packages arrive with fewer surprises.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees assessed by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
We wanted to be mindful of what your order arrives in. Your order is shipped in 100% recycled, plastic-free paper mailers, with garments protected in home-compostable seaweed-based bags. They’re thoughtful materials chosen to protect your order while reducing our reliance on conventional plastics.
Orders leave our studio twice a week. We always try to get things out as quickly as we can, but we’re a small team of humans—not a warehouse—and occasionally things take a little longer than expected. Thanks for your patience.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to any additional shipping information beyond what the carrier provides, so the tracking page will always have the most up-to-date status.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the recipient. We aren’t able to replace or refund packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If package theft is common where you live, we recommend shipping to a secure location, workplace, or PO box whenever possible.
At this time, we do not offer returns. The exception, of course, is if we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item. If that happens, please get in touch and we’ll make it right.
